My wife and I live in the UK.For the last 18 months we have paid a private individual to look after our 63m2 2 bed apartment in Rua Joaquim, Santa Luzia, Tavira.
Our useage of the apartment has been quite low to date ie 9 weeks/9 cleans last year. We have been paying 35 euros for a clean but our cleaner, who is a retired person, has informed us that she no longer wants to continue offering us this service.
I would like you to give me an idea of what you can offer us by way of a cleaning service. In addition we could be interested in a package whereby you also advertise the property for rental and look after everything.
If you could give me an idea by email now it is likely that I will be coming out to the apartment to pay rates etc in the next two weeks so we could meet in person to discuss in more detail.
